After your arrival, you can first take some time to settle in and relax. On site, you will receive your personal schedule as well as all important documents. In addition, we will guide you through our resort as part of a personal tour. In the evening, we will serve you a light vegetable soup. Our wellness area is available to you daily until 9:00 PM.

On the following day, your initial medical consultation, including a comprehensive examination, will take place. Together with you, the type of fasting program, your nutrition plan, and the further course of your treatment will be discussed. Depending on the program you have chosen, you will take part in various diagnostic and therapeutic treatments. The progress of your program will be regularly monitored through follow-up examinations.

From Monday to Saturday, you can participate in our diverse activity program. This includes yoga, Nordic walking, and other health-promoting exercise activities.

As part of your MY MAYR PUR program, admission to the Rottal Terme is included twice per week. You can visit the spa daily between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (until 8:00 PM during the summer months) and relax for up to four hours each time.

In addition, medical lectures are held twice a week. Complementing these, we offer a nutrition lecture and a cooking workshop, where you will receive valuable insights for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Our modern, fully equipped fitness room with innovative training equipment is available to you around the clock and can be flexibly integrated into your daily routine.

At the end of your stay, a final medical consultation will take place. During this session, you will receive personalized recommendations and helpful tips on how to sustainably incorporate the lifestyle changes you have learned during the program into your everyday life.

Please bring your current medication schedule (if available) and current doctor’s reports/specialist reports to the admission examination. 

For the activity programme and various treatments, we recommend comfortable, sporty clothing and sports shoes.

Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Our reception and restaurant are open until 6:30 p.m. Should you need to arrive later than this, please let us know in good time. 

As our resort consists of several different buildings, we recommend that you unload your luggage only after registering at the reception.

We completely refrain from offering alcoholic beverages on our premises.

You will find a bath bag with a bathrobe on loan, as well as bath towels in your room.

As our hotel specialises in holistic relaxation, it is only possible for people aged 16 and over to stay at our resort.

We only offer dietary cuisine in our restaurant.

Just 600m away, you will find our partner golf club “Bella Vista” and, as a guest of our house, you will receive a green fee reduction of approx. 30%.

The health resort of Bad Birnbach charges a visitor’s tax of € 2.90 per person per night.

Cancellation periods: 

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your stay free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. If you cancel 14 days or more before arrival, you will be charged 80% of the total cost of your stay. In the event of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the total amount. We would like to point out that, in case of early departure or late arrival, no refund on package arrangements is possible.

The hotel consists of 2 buildings which are connected by an underground passageway. Both buildings are fitted with a lift, the way across the outdoor area is barrier-free, and there are steps in the connecting corridor.

The nearest railway station is “Bad Birnbach”. The bus service runs free of charge from the train station to the “Artrium” bus stop (approx. 400m from the hotel). If you would like to use the shuttle service, please register in good time. This is subject to a charge.

Your cuddly friends are not allowed in our health hotel.

Free parking is available outside the MY MAYR MED Resort. Alternatively, we can offer you an underground parking space in our neighbouring Rosenhof Clinic for EUR 10.00 per night (please book in advance). As our resort consists of several different buildings, we recommend that you unload your luggage only after registering at the reception.

We do not have our own pools in-house. The famous “Rottal Terme” is only about 300 m away from the hotel. Here, you can relax in a variety of pools, saunas and much more on an area spanning approx. 2,400 sqm of healing water (admission to the therapy pool is included twice a week in the MY MAYR programmes, and is subject to a charge).

There shall be no smoking anywhere in the hotel; we ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted, even on the balconies. In the outdoor area, we have provided a place for smokers.

Reservations can be made in writing, by telephone, by e-mail, by enquiry form or directly with our online booking system. Information provided by our employees by telephone is non-binding and, therefore, requires written confirmation.

The hotel rooms at the “MY MAYR MED Resort” are equipped with a desk, tea making facilities, safe, interactive TV and telephone, as well as bathrobe and bath slippers for the duration of the stay. All rooms are double rooms.

A hairdryer is available in the bathroom.

Each room has its own safe.

The MY MAYR MED Resort has its own wellness area: 1x Finnish sauna, 1x sanarium, 1x infrared microsalt room and infrared lounger in the relaxation room, a heated bench with foot basin (Kneipp/detox foot baths)

We offer free WiFi throughout the house.

You can pay with us in cash, with EC card, VISA and Mastercard.
