Our wholesome cuisine is based on the principles of the modern F. X. Mayr cure and epigenetic nutrition – also available as a vegan option upon request.


Using regional and seasonal ingredients, plenty of vegetables, berries, legumes, nuts, and healthy oils, we support cell regeneration, stabilize blood sugar levels, and strengthen the immune system.



Sugar, white flour, and processed foods are consciously avoided.

In this way, MY MAYR Cuisine sustainably supports your health – for more energy, a healthy gut flora, and balanced well-being.

Our professionally trained restaurant team delights you with unique creations in line with the MY MAYR Cuisine philosophy: fresh, seasonal, regional, and predominantly organic. With great care, we prepare nutrient-rich yet low-calorie dishes—bringing enjoyment and health into perfect balance.


In our cooking classes, we show you how to easily implement our recommendations at home, allowing you to integrate both enjoyment and health into your daily life.


Complementary lectures provide you with comprehensive knowledge about healthy nutrition, regional products, and a mindful lifestyle—supporting you in continuing this path sustainably.

Of course, we take all types of allergies and intolerances into consideration.

MY PRINCIPLE

Our fasting programs are based on the proven four-pillar principle of F. X. Mayr medicine: Rest, Cleansing, Education, and Substitution. This holistic concept supports the body, mind, and digestive system on the path to greater health and well-being.

1. Rest
Fasting means rest—for the body, and especially for the digestive organs. Through targeted nutrition, conscious slowing down, and a stress-free environment, we enable true regeneration.

2. Cleansing
We promote natural detoxification via the intestines, liver, kidneys, lungs, and skin—supported by gentle cleansing methods such as mild laxatives, abdominal treatments, liver compresses, breathing exercises, detox foot baths, and oil pulling. This relieves the body in a gentle way.

3. Education
Health can be learned: We provide knowledge about nutrition, lifestyle, and prevention—scientifically grounded and practical for everyday life. After all, over 80% of our health is influenced by our lifestyle, not our genes.

4. Substitution
Fasting does not mean a lack of nutrients. That’s why we recommend targeted supplementation with vitamins, minerals, and trace elements—individually tailored and suitable for continuing at home.
